What Warranty or Experiencing You Can Get?
STRICT QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
LD factory has a strict quality control system. Each of the shipments of our order will have 5 inspection steps from materials checking, production process, jacket pressure testing, equipment packing, and loading, finished product leaking testing, etc. When there are any problems, it’s easier to keep a record and solve the issues quickly. Every one of our tanks will have a data plate with the pressure testing records and serial numbers to follow.
PERFECT PACKING AND SHIPPING
LD shipping department will work out the checking list and pack them in a wooden box, you will receive a checking list with everything we shipped. All tank openings are fitted with a plastic cover to prevent dust, tanks placed on the cradle must be secured with bolts. The cradle and tanks will be secured inside the container with bolts and steel wire. After shipping, you will receive the completed packing, loading pictures and checking list with all parts we provided.
HIGH-EFFICIENECY AFTER-SERVICE
LD has a standard and perfect after-sales service process. Firstly our goal is to make sure the quality in advance to save after-sale time. On the other hand, if a problem arises, we use the fastest efficiency to solve the customer’s problem, regardless of the cost of replacement or repair. We will have a special after-sale group responsible for every order installation and after-sale work online, resolving problems, and sending customers the items they need directly

1000L Brewery in FranceSuccessful 1000L Craft Beer Brewery Installed in France
This 1000L beer brewery was successfully installed in France in 2020 as a turnkey craft beer brewing system. The initial setup included a 1000L brewhouse, four 1000L conical fermenters, along with a keg filling and washing machine—an efficient solution for small to mid-sized breweries.
Due to increasing demand and smooth operation, the brewery was expanded in 2021 with an additional eight 2000L fermentation tanks, significantly boosting production capacity.
Today, this craft beer brewery in France is running efficiently with LD brewing equipment and has become a profitable and growing business for its owner—showing how high-quality brewhouse and fermentation systems can help brewers scale up and succeed in the competitive craft beer market.
