Shandong LD Machinery CO., LTD. originally focused on craft brewery equipment. Brewery equipment has demanding requirements for stainless steel fabrication, pressure resistance, sanitary design, welding quality and internal polishing. After years of manufacturing this equipment, we developed the production capabilities needed to build high-quality stainless steel tanks for many other products.
Now, we are extending this manufacturing experience beyond the brewery industry. Instead of offering only standard tanks, we can design and manufacture tanks around your actual product, process and production requirements.
Custom Stainless Steel Tank Service
Our tanks can be customized according to your product and process. We mainly use SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel, with capacities from approximately 100L to 25,000L. The final design can also consider transportation and container dimensions.
Mixing systems are selected according to tank size and the chemical characteristics of the product. Heating options include electric heating, steam heating through a jacket and direct-fire heating. Cooling can be designed with a jacket or heat exchanger.
For pressure applications, working pressure can reach approximately 5–6 bar. Internal polishing can reach Ra 0.4 μm when required.
Tank connections and accessories can also be customized, including manways, valves, sensors, outlets and other fittings.
Applications
Our custom stainless steel tanks can be designed for many different products, including:
Fish sauce, rice wine, rice vinegar, coconut water, coconut milk, soy sauce, chili sauce, fruit juice, liquid coffee, liqueur, dishwashing liquid and cosmetics.
Depending on the product, the tank can be designed for storage, mixing, heating, cooling, fermentation, processing or other specific operations.

1000L Brewery in FranceSuccessful 1000L Craft Beer Brewery Installed in France
This 1000L beer brewery was successfully installed in France in 2020 as a turnkey craft beer brewing system. The initial setup included a 1000L brewhouse, four 1000L conical fermenters, along with a keg filling and washing machine—an efficient solution for small to mid-sized breweries.
Due to increasing demand and smooth operation, the brewery was expanded in 2021 with an additional eight 2000L fermentation tanks, significantly boosting production capacity.
Today, this craft beer brewery in France is running efficiently with LD brewing equipment and has become a profitable and growing business for its owner—showing how high-quality brewhouse and fermentation systems can help brewers scale up and succeed in the competitive craft beer market.
