This energy-saving 1000L brewing system employs an electric steam boiler and comprehensive heat-recovery design. The two-vessel SUS304 brewhouse (Mash/Lauter + Kettle/Whirlpool), 1500L HLT, and 2000L CLT support two-stage cooling and hot-water reuse. With 6 × 1000L fermenters, a 3000L glycol system, CIP station, and VFD pumps, the turnkey brewery achieves lower utility costs while maintaining repeatable craft beer quality. PLC or digital control options available, with robust insulation and efficient piping for stable temperature control.
